1. The structure of the machine
This machine is a full-buffer, high-frequency, low-amplitude molding machine. The structure of this machine consists of the following five parts:
1.1 Seismic structure
The compaction stroke of this machine is 200mm. In the middle of the machine base is the compaction piston. The compaction piston is equipped with a Y-shaped sealing ring. The bottom surface of the piston is supported on the bottom surface of the compaction cylinder. The center of the cylinder rotates. In order to ensure that the compaction stroke does not exceed 200mm, adjust the indenter before working so that the distance between the compaction plate and the upper edge of the sand box does not exceed 170mm. A compaction piston, a shock piston, a cylinder block and a buffer spring are arranged in the cylinder seat. Due to the buffering effect of the spring, the impact on the foundation is very small during vibration.
1.2 Molding mechanism.

1.22 The mold release and mold drop are controlled by two air control valves respectively, which can realize slow demoulding and rapid rise.
1.3 Indenter
The adjustment of the pressure head buffer is realized by the small holes placed on the joints of the left and right buffer cylinders of the pressure head, and the throttling does not produce strong impact. Add buffer oil according to the following method. When refueling, the pressure head should stop at 50 degrees, remove the plug on the left buffer cylinder and blow in compressed air to move the buffer piston to the end position, and then add oil to the inner hole of the plug on the left buffer cylinder. In the same way, add oil to the inner hole of the plug on the right buffer cylinder until the two buffer cylinders are filled with oil, and then tighten the plug.

1.5 Pneumatic pipeline system: The input compressed air is passed through the water separation filter to eliminate water and impurities in the compressed air, and then the lubricating oil is injected into the lubricating oil, and then supplied to various pneumatic components and mechanisms. 2. The working process of the machine
2.1 Compact sand mold
2.1.1 Shock compaction: The jarring compaction mechanism adopts a spring micro-vibration pneumatic compaction mechanism, which is jarred after compaction to increase the jarring force. The clamping cylinder locks the vibration cylinder block when the mold is lifted, and the clamping cylinder is released when the mold is dropped.
2.1.2 The indenter swings in: Press the "swing in" button, the compressed air enters the rack and piston from the left cylinder and moves to the right. Since the gear shaft is fixed on the fuselage, once, the indenter has to move to the left, In the later stage of the rotation of the pressure head, the middle partition of the rack piston touches the piston rod of the right buffer cylinder and compresses the right buffer piston. At this time, the oil of the right buffer cylinder flows into the left buffer cylinder through the throttle hole at the joint. achieve a buffering effect.
2.1.3 Compaction: When the indenter is put in, the compaction valve is pulled by hand, and the compressed air enters the compaction cylinder to compact the piston. The molding sand of the box is pressed onto the sand pressing plate, and at the same time of compaction, shock can be added, and the hand-pull valve can be pushed to reset. At this time, the compaction cylinder is connected to the atmosphere, and the vibration table and the compaction piston are lowered by their own weight.
2.1.4 The indenter swings out: push the swing-in button and the compressed air enters from the right chamber of the indenter cylinder, and the indenter swings out.
2.2 Molding
The ejection mechanism consists of two ejector cylinders, connecting rods, balance shafts, ejector tables, ejector pins, etc. When the ejector cylinder is started, the connecting rod and the balance shaft are connected together, and the ejector table enables the four ejector rods to lift the sand box to eject the mold at the same time.
