1.3 Weighing hopper
The weighing hopper is equipped with automatic weighing device, and the automatic production line can set the amount of material to be added to each furnace. The accuracy error of the weighing hopper is within 0.1kg, so that the weight of the sand heated each time is nearly the same, ensuring the balanced quality of the produced laminated sand.
1.4 Heating furnace
The laminated sand heating furnace produced by sanzhuji is the natural gas flame true spray method, which is the leading laminated sand heating furnace in China at present. The traditional heating furnace transmits heat through medium, and the heat loss after conduction is serious, and the heat utilization rate is only 30%~40%. It is a great waste of energy and unevenly heated. The direct injection heating method increases the heat utilization to more than 95%, reduces the production cost and increases the production output. The unique internal structure of the furnace chamber makes the original material in the furnace cavity is a waterfall flow of dispersed heating, heating effect is more uniform. 1.5 Sand Blender
The heated raw sand is contacted with solid phenolic resin in the sand blender, and the heated heat is used to melt the resin, which is stirred in the sand blender to make the resin adhere evenly to the surface of the raw sand.

1.6 Vibrating sieve

1.7 Cooling drum

The fan end is connected with dust collector to prevent dust from flying. It has the advantages of sufficient cooling, uniform cooling, large output, low energy consumption, stable operation, etc.
1.8 Finished product bin

1.9 Electrical system

1.10 Dust removal
