2. Casting operations hazardous and harmful factors

2.1 Fire and explosion

2.2 Scalding
If you are not careful when pouring, you may be scalded by the molten metal; when passing through the melting furnace, you may be scalded by the splashing iron; when passing through the high temperature castings, you may also be scalded.
2.3 Mechanical injury
Casting operations, machinery and equipment, tools or workpieces of abnormal selection and use, human irregularities in operation, etc., can lead to mechanical injuries. Such as molding machine crushing injuries, equipment repair mis-started leading to smashing, bruising.
2.4 fall from height

2.5 Dust and poison hazard
