High efficiency: The special shot blasting wheel structure can achieve a shot blasting efficiency of 16kg/min·kW.
Quick installation and removal of blades: Because the blades of this shot blasting machine are inserted from the center of the impeller, the blades are fixed by centrifugal force during the rotation of the impeller, so no clamping tools are required. When removing the blades, just tap the outer end of the blade to easily remove the blade from the center of the impeller. It only takes 5 to 10 minutes to remove 8 blades and the wear of the shot blasting wheel and the directional sleeve can be checked at the same time.
The holes for the fixed shaft and the directional sleeve on the cover are processed at one time: this can make the gap between the directional sleeve and the shot blasting wheel uniform, which not only reduces the wear of the shot blasting wheel on the projectile and the phenomenon of squeezing the directional sleeve, but also greatly improves the shot blasting efficiency.
Fixed on the impeller body of the shot blasting machine: The shape and position tolerance accuracy of the long slots and holes of the 8 blades is quite strict. Our company uses imported special machining centers, which can complete the processes of indexing-rough milling-fine milling, indexing-drilling-expansion-reaming on the impeller in one clamping, ensuring the balance of the shot blasting machine operation, making its balancing torque between 12 and 15N·mm (national standard 18.6N·mm), and greatly reducing the equipment noise, with exquisite structure, convenient maintenance and low noise.
