The entire green sand regeneration capacity is 20T/H. It uses a GS16-30 high-efficiency rotor sand mixer with a grid dosing device on the top to ensure the accuracy of sand adding. Coal powder and bentonite are quantitatively added to the sand mixer through a spiral feeder. Water is automatically added during the mixing process. The outer wall of the sand mixer is equipped with a pneumatic sampling port, which can detect the humidity, strength, air permeability, etc. of the wet sand after mixing.

After the X1A6070 horizontal up and down shot sand molding machine completes the sand mold making, the sand mold is automatically transported through the chain plate line. The chain plate line is equipped with an inclined casting trolley. The sand mold after casting is cooled and transported on the chain plate line. The L251A: 4000×1000mm vibration conveyor is a sand drop machine to separate the casting from the old sand. The old sand is transported to the bucket elevator by the belt conveyor at the bottom of the sand drop machine. A belt-type suspended magnetic separator is installed above the belt conveyor to remove iron impurities in the old sand. The vertically lifted old sand is screened through a hexagonal sieve to sieve the internal clay blocks. The top of the hexagonal sieve is equipped with a dust removal port to remove the dead ash in the old sand, reduce the differential content, and prevent the old sand from condensing into bean-shaped objects. The screened old sand enters the double-disc cooler for old sand cooling. The cooled old sand is transported to the top of the old sand sand warehouse by a bucket elevator. The old sand needs to be screened again by a drum screen before entering the sand warehouse. The screened old sand is layered in the sand warehouse and enters the sand mixer for remixing for the next cycle.
