Green Sand Fully Automatic Casting Production Line
The Indonesian green sand automatic casting production line project is the ZXJ5060 Removable Flask Molding Machine automatic molding production line. The electrical is controlled by PLC to realize automatic casting production. The voltage of the Sand casting equipment and ZXJ5060 Removable Flask Molding Machine are all customized according to the Indonesian electricity standard. To ensure the normal operation of the equipment, the sand consumption of the entire green sand casting production line is 40T/H, and the recycling volume of used sand is also 40T/H. The production cycle is 70 days. Sanzhuji has the spirit of contract and completes the delivery according to the agreed time under the premise of ensuring the quality of the sand casting equipment.
The molding equipment is ZXJ5060 Removable Flask Molding Machine. The size of the sand mold is 600mm×500mm. The sanding adopts high-pressure pneumatic horizontal sand shooting. The molding speed is 30-40S/model. The hardness of the molding sand is ≥85. The outer packaging of the whole equipment adopts steel structure. Fumigation-free plywood, the internal waterproof membrane is used to seal the equipment as a whole to ensure that the equipment will not be damp.
The green sand mixer adopts GS22-90 high-efficiency rotor sand mixer. In order to facilitate transportation, the upper and lower assembly methods are used in the design. The sand mixing rotor is the upper part, the main shaft sand mixing scraper is the lower part, and the bolts are spliced. The sand feeding port of GS22-90 high efficiency rotor sand mixer adopts a grid quantifier to ensure the amount of sand added. The auxiliary materials (coal powder, bentonite) adopt a screw feeder. The sand mixer is equipped with a quantitative water adding device and a level gauge to ensure silica sand. Bentonite, coal powder, water, 4 kinds of raw materials are reasonably proportioned to achieve standardized mixing. The sand mixing cycle is about 3 minutes. A pneumatic discharge valve and a sand conveying belt are used to transport the mixed green sand to the top of the molding machine for horizontal use. The molding machine is used for modeling.
The sand casting is separated by a roller shaker. The hot castings are beaten by the roller shaker to ensure that the castings and green sand are separated. The hot castings enter the scale conveyor through the exit port for transportation, and the old sand passes through the shakeout grid. Falling above the sand conveying belt, the sand conveying belt conveys the old sand to the recycling equipment. Above the sand conveying belt is equipped with a suspension magnetic separator to remove iron beans and flash burrs in the old sand. Otherwise, the sand of the moulding machine will be damaged if used again. Box, the old sand after magnetic separation is lifted to a fine hexagonal screen by a bucket elevator, and the unusable clay blocks in the old sand are removed through screening. When the sand is cooled, it will complete the pre-mixed sand and transport it to the old sand bin for storage through the bucket elevator.
A large amount of dust and smoke are generated during the green sand casting process. Therefore, the entire green sand foundry workshop is equipped with two sets of pulse bag dust collectors. The dust hood is mainly placed in the casting area. A large amount of smoke and dust will be generated during the working process of the electric furnace and the green sand during the casting process. The dust collector can well improve the working environment of the entire foundry shop.
